1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and six6x ("six6x", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://six6x.cam (the "Platform") and all content, services and information available thereon.

six6x is an informational and educational platform. We publish content related to online sports betting, live casino games, payment methods and responsible gambling for the benefit of Pakistani users and others who access the Platform. 3 Acceptance of Terms

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and forms part of this Agreement. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless the Privacy Policy expressly states otherwise in relation to data processing matters.

six6x reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions.

4 Account Eligibility

Access to the Platform and its Content is restricted to users who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the gambling operator you choose to engage with or the laws of your jurisdiction. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.

6 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, articles, betting guides, payment explainers, glossaries, graphics, images, layout and design elements, is the intellectual property of six6x or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

The "six6x" name and associated branding are proprietary to six6x. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in the six6x brand, trademarks or Intellectual Property beyond the limited licence set out in Clause 5 above.

You may share links to Platform pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written permission of six6x.

Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention on this Platform is for contextual informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or partnership with six6x.

7 Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability or non-infringement.

Specifically, six6x makes no warranty or representation that:

• Any Content on the Platform is accurate, current, complete or applicable to your individual circumstances;

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6x, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Any decision to engage with a third-party gambling operator following use of this Platform;
• Any financial loss, gambling losses, or losses arising from betting activity undertaken by you;
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in Content published on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of six6x to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the sum of PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees), or the equivalent in any other applicable currency. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9 Third-Party Links & References

12 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions set out in Clause 5, users are expressly prohibited from:

• Attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature or access control on the Platform;

• Using the Platform in any manner intended to deceive, defraud or harm six6x, other users or third parties;

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and, where applicable, referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

13 Termination

six6x reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We have reason to believe you are accessing the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order;
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued provision of access is inappropriate for any other reason.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to six6x at law or in equity.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law principles, given the cross-border nature of this Platform. To the extent that a specific governing law must be identified, these Terms shall be interpreted under general principles of contract and internet law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of a dispute, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's right to pursue available statutory remedies under the law of their jurisdiction. Pakistani users retain all rights available under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

six6x may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The revised Terms will carry an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will be indicated by a change to that date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
